Airfryer Apricot Glazed Ham

Ingredients

1 Farmland Glazing Ham 800g,

With Farmland apricot glaze, at room temperature

8 firm apricots, halved, stones removed - optional

2 pieces of aluminum foil

Method

The perfect sized ham for a small family and easy to prepare - Air Fry apricot glazed ham is ready to wow in under an hour.

  1. Line the air fryer basket with tinfoil. Preheat the airfryer to 170°C.
  2. Place ham in the air fryer and brush with a third of the glaze. Cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Brush on half of the remaining glaze and cook for 5-10 minutes - till beginning to caramelise.
  4. Arrange the apricots, cut side up around the ham (if using) and brush both apricots and ham with glaze, cook for a further 10 minutes, or until apricots and ham are caramelised to your preferred degree. Let cool for 10 minutes before carving.
Cooks tip: Reserve a little of the delicious apricot glaze, warm it in the microwave and drizzle over the sliced ham when serving for an extra little hit of tangy apricot.
