Ham Cheese and Tomato Scrolls

Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry
Tomato sauce
Champagne Ham
Grated cheese
Egg or milk for brushing pastry
Method
Preheat oven 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper
Lay pastry sheets out, keep the pastry liner on the back so it doesn’t stick to the bench.
Spread pastry with tomato sauce, layer ham and then sprinkle grated cheese.
Tightly roll up pastry and then cut into slices. Place rolls onto tray and brush with egg or milk. Bake until golden and cheese has melted.
