Roast Beef Potluck Rolls

Ingredients
12 bed rolls
2 x 100g packets Farmland thin sliced roast beef.
2 tablespoons horseradish sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
200g grated mozzarella cheese
60g melted butter
1 tbs Worcester sauce
1 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tbs spoon dried parsley leaves
2 tsp light brown sugar
¼ tsp onion powder
Method
Brush a baking dish with oil. Cut the rolls in half and place them into the baking dish. In a bowl mix together the horseradish sauce and mayonnaise. Spread the horseradish sauce on the bottom side of each bun. Add the roast beef and cheese on top.
In a bowl mix together melted butter, Worcester sauce, parsley, sugar, and whole grain mustard and onion powder.
Pour the butter mixture over the sandwiches and cover, Leave in the fridge for 1 hour or even overnight.
Bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for 10-15 minutes till golden brown on top.
